WebIf you put it in your pension all 10k is yours (if through salary sacrifice all 10k get there, if grossed up 20% by pension provider then 8k gets there, and you self assess for the other 2k refund). Ish. I.e. 6k cost to you = 10k into pension. You also have the child benefit in your pocket, so extra free money.
